I was wondering if someone can help me out here and give a brief synopsis of the time line of what happened with HCFE from Dec 18, 2007 when they acquired Sleeping With the Enemy up to the present.

I found this board on a MLM forum I read. When someone mentioned Healthy Coffee and Jeff Schlegel's name in the same sentence, the alarm bells went off and I started investigating HCFE.

Now I know little about investing and it's a little much to filter through all 3795 posts in this thread, but I'd like to get a fairly accurate description of the scam pulled off here so I can warn people about this company on traditional MLM forums (also on boards like scam.com & Quatloos).
