Sometimes it takes years to put together such large and good projects. Shareholders keep demanding news and progress, and now we are to beat them bloody because they do? How many of us have done this much? Of course LOI are not final, they are like an engagement before the wedding. And in South and Central America, going this far they would not due unless committed to follow through and save respectability. I have done business there and that is my opinion. Go FMNJ!
