"Sometimes people just have to hear it or see it for themselves.

Just want to add it's not just that a reverse a merger is taking place here. It's that it's a reverse merger with a great back story into a low float, previously thinly traded shell that made this play so compelling. Unique exciting plays don't come along that often. A Hedge fund merging into a penny stock is very exciting scenario. I can't find another publicly traded US based hedge fund that doesn't trade for dollars."
