If the MM's want to close "flat" everyday, how does a stock have an outstanding "short interest"?
It is my understanding, that the retail investor cannot "short" a stock, unless its over $4.00 (unless this has changed and i have not heard about it, yet), so how can a stock have a short interest, if they close flat everyday.....oh i forgot, it called liquidity!!!
