No .. that is not what it says. it says IF they bought all the Free Float right now at the current price when the PR was written it would cost them 2.5mil$ or whatever. They are not saying they will only buy at .005 ... it is in plain English. People shouldn't think that. If they do they they don't have the IQ to even consider trading.
