If they were on black dirt I could see this delay. But they are on clay, most of the water would run off. This isn't making sense. Flooding up here in Iowa has gone down and they are back to "normal" dirt wise. Sure there are some wet spots on the low lying areas, but for the most part everything is ok. Not trying to be negative, just trying to figuire this thing out.
