What GDVI might have going for it is a management which can operate successfully in a competitive production environment. Some GDVI board members seem to think this is the case. GDVI now has the old MJXC modular company and it is the right place to be at the right time. MJXC management just couldn't hack it. They're a bunch of glad handers who belong where they are now - in marketing. I was impressed by MJXC in admitting their shortcomings in the production arena (a couple of years back), when they underbid a couple of modular jobs and lost money (what's new?). Fundamentally, however, neither company has any kind of track record to bank on. The safe-T-Gard and S-1 Gard are good ideas though, and there's no better stock to be in than one who's idea has come. If we get any serious upward activity with volume, the mo-mo players will find us. If not we can kiss our investments goodbye. At sub-penny, MJXC will have no choice but to cash in their remaining shares, and we just don't see significant contracts on the horizon. If the share price climbs and holds at near ten cents, the company will have plenty of time to possibly cash in on the groundwork and contacts they have established in past years. Meanwhile rumors are spreading on the GDVI board about some potentially big contracts. We'll see.
