Thanks for your input. I think I'll just wait a few more day's and see what happens. I'm in NCEY right now and thinking when we hear word of refi that we will be back on top, but that pobably want be till tomorrow or first of the week, same as here looks like. one thing's for sure I'm going to stay on top of this because it looks like ya'll have a great opp. here.
