yea well it seems to me before somebody tries to buy you out, they would have been eyeing your biz for a while now. and considering its a small company. orlando can lay out everything out to the buyer with the help of his accountant. everyone who is a seller has a price. unless they trying to buy him out lower than what the pps is then i can understand negotiating for a higher price. but aside from that i dont know what this hold up is. when inbev came for bud they layed it out.
