Commerce Planet Update- CEO Tony Roth

Earlier today I spoke with CEO Tony Roth on the progress of Commerce Planet financial updates.
The company is close to filing its paperwork with the SEC laster this month that will conclude with a press release and an announcement of a shareholder conference call.

From what I gather his staff has been hard at work the past 30-45 days and all updates should be forthcoming later this month.

I think there is light at the end of this long tunnel.
