OK thanks I really doubt there will be any private shares involved in this. But we will never be able to solve this even if we have all the options. They have to tell us how it will be executed. Someday they will. For now all we can do is speculate. I hate being forced to speculate when they could tell us out right what this stock dividend is. But patience is required. They will tells us sometime. GLTY
