Nobody ever likes to see a companies shares increased so maybe they will work around the need to do that by sweetening the deal for the financiers.
Obviously the company will be worth a hell of a lot more if Lone Oak is a hit so they will be in a position to perhaps work out a more shareholder friendly means of satisfying the debt, and make it worth while for the holders of the CD's at the same time.
They still have weeks to work on this so there is no rush to make a hasty decision.
I'll bet we see the terms of this deal amended but that's just my opinion.
"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
