WHAT WE DO
Medra has begun the first phase of its Cancun, Mexico project and is poised to achieve rapid growth and profitability. Medra has optioned the construction of two hundred homes (with the possibility of assuming up to eight thousand additional homes depending on the level of participation) from Monarch Cancun (www.monarchcancun.com) .

These homes are to be professionally built by ICA Fluor Daniel (www.ica.com.mx), a multi-billion dollar engineering and construction company. In addition, Monarch Cancun has secured the services of Lanny Wadkins (winner of 21 PGA tournaments, former U.S. Ryder Cup Captain and a past CBS Sport’s Analyst) to assist in the design and development of three world class golf courses which will be located at this site.

Presales of the fractured ownership units will be completed by Monarch Cancun. Fractional ownership of vacation properties, also called private residence clubs, or membership club is a relatively new concept that allows a person to enjoy a specified number of weeks of ownership privileges per year at an upscale, luxury resort but at a fraction of the cost of owning the whole property.
