Are you referring to Cox's rather weird statement yesterday? That was a different issue. And a rather bad gaffe. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac aren't even on the SHO list.

Cox "clarified" that on CNBC earlier this afternoon. He doesn't seem to know much about his agency's regulations.
