The way I see it if PGPM acquired this company (more or less has controlling interest) then share holders of PGPM should see some benefit (meaning shares) when this become consolidated.

Do you suppose this is how Peno is giving us our dividend or do you think we will see the dividend plus something from the reverse acquisition?

Remember Peno doesn't have to nor ever did have to give us a dividend in the first place....so I see this as a peace offering to help to become transparent and push the stock??

Any comments?
