1. I will try to get the share count as soon as I can. As I said,
these past few weeks and months have been whirlwind busy. You can
also get it by calling the transfer agent, if you want it sooner than
I can get to it.

3. Yes, I still stand by my reverse split statement: We have no plans
for a reverse split.
(Remember that the current market cap of this company is so low
$(0.5m) that there is tremendous room for the share price to grow even
with the current large number of shares outstanding.)
As you know, long-term promise in this stock is great, but we are also
working to improve the share price short-term. So, instead of a
reverse split, we are looking at other strategies in addition to IR,
including the possibility of a share buyback or canceling shares.
