HTRESUPPORTER, one other thought. Do you realize that every share he "buys" via the note is not buying at all. It is dilution. He is not buying shares on the open market (which would tend to increase the price). He is converting which involves the issuing of new shares (which would tend to decrease the price).

Next time you visit one of the soda shops, ask to speak to the chairman and ask him about this stuff. And see if you can tell whether or not he is lying to you.
