Seems so quiet. For over a year some people have been there every day to personally attack the management and accuse them of criminal activity. Now nothing. What could have caused this silence?

You might want to read the article in the Las Vegas Review Journal reporting on the results of a lawsuit by General Cigar against the same people Royal Spring Water sued for fraud.

http://www.lvrj.com/business/24623674.html

General Cigar sued on 12 causes of action and won on 10 of them. According to the article General was awarded $770,000 in damages plus legal fees. Data Commodities, Ltd filed for bankruptcy just 4 days before they lost the case. Data Commodities was also told that they could no longer use the Cohiba name for cigars and rum.

Also in the article it mentions that the owner of Data Commodities, a Mr. Phil Restifo, filed for personal bankruptcy just two months before the General Cigar lawsuit was filed.

The web site for the group of losers now just has a whiney little cry baby message about how life is tough for the little counterfeiters.

No wonder it is quiet.
