Bluetorch Inc. Appoints Shane Springer as Southern California Sales Rep for the Bluetorch(TM) Brand

LOS ANGELES, May 13, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bluetorch Inc. (BTOR) , announced today that its subsidiary, Unboxed Distribution Inc., has appointed Shane "Jaime" Springer as its territory sales representative for Bluetorch apparel covering Irvine, CA north [including Los Angles] to San Luis Obispo and east to [and including] Las Vegas.
Mr. Springer has been a sales representative in the extreme sports industry for six years. He presently represents Nixon watches. He also was the territory representative for Savior, a division of Nike that was recently closed.
Stewart Kawamura, National Sales Manager states, "This is an incredibly important territory for the Bluetorch brand. Combined with Scott Hire's territory, half of Orange County and all of San Diego County, this area is the epicenter of the extreme sports industry. We feel extremely positive that Jaime has chosen Bluetorch to replace his Savior business. Jaime had a lot of options and his decision to represent Bluetorch substantiates the potential of the Bluetorch product line."
