Rita Medical merges with HMP (RITA) 5.32: Co and Horizon Medical Products (HMP 1.73) announce the signing of a definitive agreement to merge the two cos, combining their respective strengths in the manufacture of medical oncology devices for the treatment of cancer. Each HMP share will convert to 0.4212 of RITA, for a 29.5% premium.
