CBPC O/S=A/S=700,000,000 MAXXED OUT. Read the entire Filing. They've issued all the 700 million shares without any PR campaign , LOL !
No more dilution until after the R/S, which I wouldn't expect to happen before the 10Q and shareholders meeting because an R/S would need some material timing and SEC to assign a Record Date and such things.
Only retail trading (bulls & bears) during the next few weeks.
CBPC: they voted the R/S with 54% ownership. They always hold 51%+ of the O/S.
O/S went from 191 Million to 700 Million shares within a few days, without any PR campaign to dilute all those shares ? ... hmmmm
They could have hired LEBED to sell all those shares at a high profit, LOL !
Real company with 42 employees
1st Quarter Revenue = $970k
Cash & Cash Equivalents = $500k
A/S maxxed out = 700M
@0.0017: Market Value = $1.2M
When they issued the CD's:
CD DEBT: $3,000,000 in CD's
PPS= $0.4
O/S= 90M
Market Value = $36,000,000
After the R/S (estimated):
CD DEBT: $1,500,000 in CD's
PPS= $0.1
O/S= 7M
Market Value = $700,000 (between the CA$H and 1stQ revenue numbers)
With half the debt, the market value is x50 times lower.
At 0.0008, you can buy the whole O/S=A/S with the company's CA$H, LOL.
A) If there is nothing but a shares printing machine, this certainly will go into the crapper, LOL.
B) If 10Q substantially improves, &/or with an HPV Vaccines Distribution Deal,..., then we are at the verge of a big turnaround.
A or B ? ... or both? LOL !
