I am not sure what you are saying..
In my opinion it will take Telmex quite some time to rollout all of MV to Mexico..I would say that it will be a rolling launch..However that won't matter in a licensing deal..Onev should get paid regardless of rollout dates..I do think Onev and Telmex are in the last meetings about licensing..Again I do believe the Investors will come first and you just might get your 03 with them..without anything else..We shall see..As far as the 411 provider being in Mexico..Forget it..Not in that country..I am still looking into that..Good luck on getting .03..I am looking for a bit more than that...veno
