Number of shares outstanding is a relevant topic but it has to be looked at in context.

Currently, we have 170,000,000 O/S at a PPS of $.0.01. That means that the total capitalisation is $ 1,700,000.

Even if O/S were twice that many (I obviously hope not) capitalisation would be $ 3,400,000.

If the company is a virtual affair, the shares will be worth nothing, whatever the number of O/S.

If the company is as per suggested by past releases, at current level of O/S, the shares are worth $ 0.20 or so (GREAT DEAL) for a capitalisation of $ 3,000,000.

If the company is as per suggested by past releases, at twice the current level of O/S, the shares are worth $ 0.10 or so (GOOD DEAL) for a capitalisation of $ 34,000,000.

At current rate of issuing shares (1,500,00 per week) it should take more than 2 years to double O/S.

Patiently,

Roger
