RDG, my understanding is most, if not all of the increase in o/s is restricted and held by insiders - not recently issued but part of the merger mess/conversion. The increase in the float was not directly from the company; it was shareholders who sold previously unreported free trading shares (first time they hit the market). BTW, I wouldn't give up on the ST financing.....!! I hope/think somethin's brewing in Milford...and it ain't a Starbucks...!
