Sidedraft, All SNV shares were tendered back to SNV Stock Tresuary so that 100% of all SNV shares are held and not issued to anyone. The exchange agreement gave SNV shareholders UDHC shares for tendering those SNV shares back to SNV where by giving Ulysses a clean private company with no shares issued.
The SNV shareholders became UDHC shareholders not the other way around.
