here is an update on share policy from the transfer agent:

**Effective 7-9-2008 PER COMPANY REQUEST we have been advise that the company will be disseminating all information regarding the shares outstanding for Rudy Nutrition.

So it looks as though the transfer agent will no longer be able to give out information and to get the share structure you will need to contact the company directly.
