I don't see bringing Pandey back as wise either. My issues with Pandey are as follows:

1) Shady familial appointments, i.e. Pandey hiring his brother, Col. Pandey at that *completely ridiculous* salary. I believe Col. Pandey was completely useless, and getting rid of him was one of the few smart decisions the the current board has made. Nephew Pandey was the accountant for years if I remember correctly, reporting financials so wrong, that current management hasn't filed for over a year claiming them to be completely incorrect. Brother Pandey #2 also got in on the act, being appointed a Director of Xechem India, in addition to Col Pandey.

2) XKEM India: I have a feeling there's something extremely shady there, but we wont know until the case is resolved.

3) His record of complete mismangement. In addition to inept hiring practices and dubious subsidiaries, millions of dollars in loan money have apparently dribbled away into nothingness. I have a hard time thinking it happened under Swift's watch during the last year.
