We wouldn't have a great deal of compensation for it anyway. We got paid big ($18mm) for the 7.3% portion of the 25% option that we owned. Addax's argument would have been that ERHC would not been awarded the 9% on it's own and getting 1.8% carried from its recovery is compensation enough. Oddly enough, Addax wasn't around when the 9% was awarded...Noble was. Perhaps Noble goes after Addax for a slice, but I doubt it.
