Well,
I received an answer from Ludlow Capital. My first email is on the bottom, then their answer is on top of that.


Ludlow China Ventures, Inc, and any of its affliates have never held a long
or short position in Good Life China (OTC:GLCC), as we do not involve
ourseleves in non-reporting issue due to the lack of true transparency.

Until the company can provide US GAAP audits no one can truely say what is
actually going on with the company.
