Assuming that the previous auditor returned from vacation yesterday:

- he should sign off on the '04 aduit's "letter of opinon" today or tomorrow.

- once that is done, the '04 - '07 PLUS 1st quater of '08 will be EDGARIZEd within hours.

- a press release incudling the Frankfurt listing will follow in short order.

- a SERIES of press release will follow including uplisting announcement.

That's the way I see this unfolding. Nothing happens till the audit is Edgarized and announced, then we should be ready for a long run, (MUCH BETTER then the MoonSHot of '06)to the MOON on the FNLH MOONSHOT EXPRESS!!
