So good to hear from you. I really don't post much -- no time and not really daytrading at this point. Market is really shaky right now -- better to wait until fall to trade anyway with summer just around the corner. Go sell a few more houses, accumulate a pile of cash to play with and then come back with some green and we'll make a killing - lol.
