Hmmmmmmmm according to your prior post below you actually spoke to someone and they told you they were in talks regarding purchase of the shell and the shell has no debts. With that information this stock should be higher. Have you tried to follow up your phone call? Shouldn't the person(s) that gave you the following information be able to tell you who owns the company? Perhaps another phone call is in order?

Sorry for the delay in information.

Skinny on the phone call was that all debts are completely paid off. No more Cornell. No more Advantage Capital debt. No more lawsuit debt. Clean now. All needed to be handled prior to reverse merger with another company.

In talks regarding purchase of shell. Couldn't give me anymore information than that. Looks like a bit of a waiting game until we hear something from company about who the buying company will be.

Seems they scooped up 50 million shares for transaction.
