According to the 10-K, pg. 21 there are 15.86 million shares reserved for options.

Once you subtract the 14.69 million outstanding this leaves only 1.2 million additional options that management can award themselves.

Even at today's prices once you divide that up between the senior management team it doesn't leave each of them with much more than they granted themselves this past January.

Of course, this could all change if a new compensation package that raises the reserve amount is approved by shareholders this coming ASM.
