Bob sends them an "inventory" of shares so that they can create a "box" for FNLH trading in Germany. This happens after the audit is completed and announced. At the moment any trading in Germany is by certificate only as they don't have an inventory of shares, YET!!

Hope this helps.

Quit worrying about VFIN it's NOT QUALICO, I've explained to you at least 100 times now why it's not Qualico, want I NOW explain it to you in German??

NO WORRIES VFIN will disappear soon, especially if you buy back that huge block you sold recently.
