Different strokes for different folks. I've seen some CEO's that don't know the meaning of confidentiality - others take it to the extreme. Tom seems to rely more heavily on filings as his means of communique. Unfortunately, I think he needs to do a little hand holding with these filings as he is making some sophisticated stock transactions that are causing many to lend their own interpretation to individual words within each filing.
