Good Life China Corporation (GLCC)

You know that didn't quite answer the question that I asked, since I didn't really ask about the landscape in China. What I did want to know is if I were to buy some shares today in GLCC is what I would actually be buying. Would I be buying shares in a non revenue producing shell if they sell the revenue producing portion of the company.

I know that I would have no opition to receive the divy but I would like to know what I would be buying shares in. I don't know about others but personally I check out the landscape pretty well before any money leaves my wallet.
