There were 330,847,746 shares outstanding as of the date of the last report. Of that, 100,000,000 had been issued to Sequoia. To keep from filing a form 13, nobody could own more than 5% of the company.
Since that is slightly over 30% of the OS, those shares would have to have been spread out over 7 entities minimum.
