Hello,
I have GOLIF shares in my Scottrade account from my holdings of CHNW/EFGO. Does the recent filing of the buy-out proposal on pinksheets.com mean that I will receive cash credited to my account (.70 per share of GOLIF) in exchange for my GOLIF shares if all goes according to plan with the buy-out?
And, if that's the case, what kind of timeframe are we looking at?
Thank you for your time.
