as of today there are 650 million shares with 40 million of them restricted. i really hope we do not see a rs as that will finsh off this issue for all time. once they rs its all over no one will ever trust them again and you lose 75 percent that week. but lets just sit back as it was this low befroe and it shot up to 0085 so who knows.
