It matters absolutely.

A personal debt is a personal debt and has nothing to do with the stock

Perihelion Global Inc. is a separate and completely different legal entity.

Thats why you incorporate i.e. Inc. or Ltd for limited company.

So as investors Johns personal debt has nothing to do with Perihelion whatsoever, its incorporated and a completely separate legal entity.t
