Hehe, I wish I could take credit for it. At least I can say I am not troubled by these stories since I am a huge supporter of the Moulin Rouge camp. Besides R.C. already won an Oscar and he really doesn't need his head any bigger does he? Of course the might just give it to him anyways out of fear he might rough somebody else up if disappointed~G~
But, did you say the same thing about Tom Hanks when he won two years in a row???
I do think that the "beating up" incident really did cost him some votes. It is a shame, though. I did not see the movie, but heard that he was brilliant.
Personally, I'm routing for Denzel. The guy is a great actor.
I do hope that Ron Howard wins though - he has been overlooked for so long, I hope this is his year.
