Sorry, nobody has tape recordings of the calls, but when a woman who loaned the company nearly $400,000 and can't get those loans repaid shows me loan documents and sits across a table from me and tells me about the conversations she's had with them, I'm going to believe her. Not only have I discussed this with her once, but literally dozens of times in the last three months, I speak to her at least twice a week, if not more (just like I speak to or exchange emails with at least a dozen other shareholders on a weekly basis).
You see Fiat, I'm here for friends as well, there are a number of people that I've meet over the last three months that have, like you, lost hundreds of thousands of dollars on their investment with Xechem. So if you want to ask me what my purpose here is, it's three fold: 1). For me. I want to be involved in Xechem, hands on. I want to go to Nigeria or wherever and sell Nicosan and whatever else Dr. Pandey comes up with. This company has an opportunity to be a global pharmaceutical and I personally want to be involved in helping make that happen. I believe in Dr. Pandey and I believe he's the man that can turn this company around. If he gets back into the company, I'm coming with him; 2). Dr. Pandey and Colonel Pandey. I personally believe that they've been treated very unfairly and because I believe in both men, I'm dedicating as much time as I can to help clear their names of nonsense like what came up last night; 3). My friends that I've met here that are loyal investors and yes, I include you in that group.
My comments are based on information I gather or receive from searches, phone calls, documents, emails, wherever. When it's my opinion and not backed up by facts that I have, I try to say that it's my opinion and not a conversation I had with the SEC or Beverly or Dr. Pandey or whomever.
