No, I do not find Megas guilty intil proven innocent. He/the company was not innocent in filing a suit against me, a common shareholder whose only crime was buying this stock through ETrade! Due to this fact, he has to prove himself to me now. I have not been here harping about the suit, as that would have been counterproductive, but the ball is defitely in his court to prove himself now!
