BKMP is merely a stock holder in TFN. If TFN information is being held close to the vest, then any leak would constitute divulging insider information, which is illegal.
Sandy wreaked his scam magic by allowing us to think that we were somehow responsible for TFN's success. Mike Garrow did the same.
Maybe we were. Maybe not. We have no idea where our money went. It doesn't show up on BKMP's or TFN's financial statement. My guess is that is went directly into Sandy's bank account.
I would not be surprised if Sandy was issued the stock (that we bought) as payment for some service - or merely as a favor returned from Mike Garrow.
Then maybe Sandy decided to see what he could sell the stock for. So, the stock was placed into BKMP as an asset to be sold via stock in BKMP.
And we bought the original issue. What we bought was shares of BKMP, not shares of TFN. We have no control over what happens in either company.
And that is equally as sad as our relationship with TFN.
What goes around . . . comes around.
What goes around . . . comes around.
