Visited the Hollywood Highland branch last night. I must say that I am a little concerned as the gaming system was bug-ridden and ordering off of the touch screen did not eliminate the need to flag down the runners to get a couple of the orders delivered in a timely AND correct fashion. With one order that never arrived we had to have a runner physically re-take our order. He then promptly failed to have the drink sans sugar and salt on the rim as was ordered both virtually and through the runner. We, at first, had some trouble getting sat, though we had a reservation for eight initially on the books. (Unfortunately two in our party did not show, which brought us down to six and thereby apparently voided the reservation) The manager, (so I was told as I was not physically there at the time), was rude. When a fellow stock-holder stated that she had 30,000 shares suddenly he became obsequious. The place at 8:30 was about half to three-quarters full. By the time we left at around 11:30, the crowd had died down even further (Friday night this was). The bathrooms were not nearly clean enough and trash was over-full and towels were on the floor. I say all this NOT to bash the stock, as I am significant holder (in my eyes) and really love the concept and feel that it could work well IF these problems are worked out, IF there is more attention to detail and IF the staff improves. By the way, the food was fair to good (not excellent) and the drinks were okay. All in all, this place needs an iron fist in a velvet glove NOW.
