Alan C's posting is not only unbelievable but raises big red flags. I am coming more and more convinced that the real Alan Cameron has had his name borrowed. No one that stupid could breathe, no less be a successful businessman. The answer to his immediate problem with regards to his name not showing up with the T/A is that the shares are in street name of his brokerage. As far as I know, only firms like Berkshire Hathway trade by cert only. Obviously since his brokerage shows the shares in his acct., he can trade them. If they couldn't sell them for him or couldn't deliver the certs on specific request, then he would have a reason to demand compensation.

More troubling is this: For sometime now this Alan C is buying huge dollar amounts of shares of companies that are all losers. He hasn't mentioned a winner yet that I am aware of. Actually at his current rate of unsuccess he will pass Wendela by shortly. I make this as a statement of fact: no 63 year old man ready to retire throws $250K into a PCBM and then after being clobered goes out and invests in like swindles time after time after time. We are missing something. But then we don't understand the other Al*an either to go from sick pervert to intelligent, educated attorney back to sick pervert. Then there are the Wendys, Slurps, Mquietstorms, etc. Defies undestanding. I hope I live long enough to get it all sorted out. At least with H and T and LoC We could understand who they were, who they worked for and why they did what they did. They and their puppeteers walked away with tens of millions of dollars in shareholder's money- mostly legally too.
