The issue of the company not paying is because they do not have the funds to pay.

To all have not heard anything new. I will be in the office pritty much all next week did talk to a contact in NY well really a friend not saying which agency but he is going to pull public records on there end. I sent him alot of copies of things that the company had posted and I high-lighted the areas of possiable fraud as I see it. But once again I am not a finacial investigator so that area is not my thing but lucky for me I know where to go and pass on info. I kind of hope that there is somthing there. But I still feel we got nothing to stand on.

But we will have to see. Finacial investigations are so complex things you think would be a no no turn out to be fine. Blows my mind. Plus this is really not a finacial thing I am trying to figure out really what we can call it.
