Mam, In regard to your post, you have the right to judge as you will and what you think is none of my business however let it be known that the allegations in the civil case in which you referenced, that were against me, were settled with a "consent decree" neither admitting nor denying guilt. It was the only allegation against me and I certainly wasn't the subject of any type of target. I was involved in an un-fortunate situation 11 years ago that has reulted in my only blemish in this business or any other business for that matter.
My reputation centers around long-term investing and supporting management/entrepreneurs while they build business's. I am humbled, grateful and enthusistic in my support of this process. The process works well! I have been involved in working with 5 companies in the last 4 years. The 5 companies have all developed into big winners. SCMI has developed a tremendous product and is currently making leaps of progress where market penetration is concerned. Most of our investors are ecstatic and patient with the results. Peter Jacobs to his credit has built this company on a shoe string! He has a management team that is highly respected in the record industry.
I will not apologize for being positive and excited about SCMI. If you have a negative attitude about your mis-calculations/expectations, I suggest you try "optimism", fore entrepreneurs and thier supporters rely on it.
