That's been the reason I've been posting positives during the day, and negatives at night, well, until now.

In any case, they will pay 8 times the current share price, or .10/share, depending upon whether they want to be nice or mean.

I imagine the price is getting driven down so that the insiders can by a bajillion shares and get an 8x return.
