I wish they would put Pandey in charge of the Nigerian operatons, and see if he can fix the mess. We all know that with out shareholder revolt Pandey wont be put back into place as CEO. (Notice how much swift bashed Pandey yesturday, I think that was the true meaning of the CC.)

I also dont believe that Pandey stole the money, I think he was paying off back debt, and thats where the money went. Should he have, well I think thats up for debate, But I think he did what he thought was right at the time.

Some how the company and Pandey need to come to an agreement cause this is plane stupidity that we're battleing over the company like this. Its all about greed, and the greedy are costing every shareholder to be punished.

SO far I have seen Pandey supply documents showing where the money went, where as all I see from Swift are comments that he cant talk about the Pending litigation. . . Smoke screen. Set up a share holders vote and my shares will go towards putting pandey back into place. Other then the design of the building I didn't hear anything of any real event on the CC agianst pandey. (Sorry Swifty)
